Just saying hi here ...

I took my S2K home last month and all I can say is , I wish I had test driven an S2K sooner.

I hope to learn and contribute much from/to this community.

Making an introduction... I'm Mike. I just picked up an '00 Silverstone/black from a friend of mine this week! It's not convertible season in Connecticut, but the time was right for the deal, and I couldn't pass it up. I'd always wanted an S2000, but I wasn't even looking when the offer came in. It took a few days to convince my wife, though... and she only agreed with the contingency that I teach her to drive stick! I have a '99.5 Audi A4 that's been my daily driver for the past 5 years, and will continue to be until the weather warms up a bit. I was a regular on the AudiWorld forums, so I look forward to chatting here on these!

hello guys and gals
my name is mark and this is my first post. i am an open track racer and autox lvr. fastest car i ever owned is a 1999 ford mustang cobra and the most fun i ever had with it was at sears point open track racing while i lived in calif(against s2000's)...now im interested in buying a s2000 as its a turn key great all around car...i have found this out racing along side in my cobra....what do i drive now well... i have a 1987 dodge ram charger with a 1941 ford cab and grill ( rat rod ) i was bored and built it with parts lying around.....well still workin on it for 4x4 and winter transportaion to my job at a local hospital, im also working on a second job as a firefighter
im 6ft 2in and currently i am 210lbs and will be getting bigger as i like to work out....and would like to know if anyone also is my height and weight and what you all do for more int space..i really want this s2000 and first want to be confident that it can be a confortable comuter in the summer to get to work as well as drive a few hours on the wknd to my auto x tracks and nhis/speedways
i was thnkn that i can purchase a smaller steering wheel and i understand that i will loose the airbag (to be honest who cares about the airbags, NO honda ive evr owned has the airbags gone off..lol)
what works for you tall guys out there?
o ya i have a welder and 2 garages can alter any auto into a faster ride and love doin it
y didnt i think of getting an s2000 earlier?? i currently also own a 1967 harley xlch and a 1999 honda cbr 900 for stunt ridn and a 2004 civic hb si heavly modified bla bla bla,...hello all
