My name is Brad from Seattle Wa., I'm a new owner of a S-07 Silverstone/Black with 9000 miles on it. I also own a Chrysler 300C SRT8, 12 second Beast. It'll be great to have another beauty added to the Stable. First mod is going to be heated seats, but I'm undecided on the most cost effective REAL horsepower upgrades, or others that are a MUST have? Any tips?
Greetings newbies!
For those folks with pre-2004 S2000s, I put out my periodic warning about oil consumption. Check your oil at ever fill-up, and just add a little as you drop down an X or two on the dip. Our pre-2004 engines have a (normal) appetite for oil.
For *everyone* check your tire pressure and condition. And, if you're in harsh winter weather like we have here in northeast US, get a winter tire set. The stock tires are summer performance tires that turn into HARD BRICKS when the temperature drops. So, even when the conditions are clear, you still have reduced traction on stockers.
Best wishes, and happy new year!

I've just been staring at/wandering around/sitting in my shiny new motor, pretty much all day. I think I'm in love...

Hi, this is Rob from Seattle, WA.
Just picked up a new '07 in sl (it was a great deal because it was an '07 and BELOW invoice!!!). So far so good... trying to break it in slowly. I'm not used to driving a RWD car, so I'm learning the ropes cautiously. Looking forward to taking some driving classes to learn how to handle this thing properly!

Hello community. I just bought a 2007 S2000. My previous car was a 2004 RX8. Hopefully, I will not have the same issues with the S2000 as I did with the 8
. I'll post pictures of my car later this week. So far, I do not see a web page with over 40 service bulletins for the S2K
