Introduce yourself here!
Understood. Crazy weather here too up in Massachusetts.
So, what tires are on the car? If they're stockers, I'd still recommend winter tires because the S02s and 03s get brick hard in freezing temps. Really bad. The advantage of the winter tires, forgetting grip in snow, is that they stay compliant as the temp drops... That'll give you grip on dry (but cold) roads.
Best wishes, man. Enjoy the car. Watch the dipstick big time (every fill up), and make sure the plugs have been changed and torqued properly (to 18lb-ft, I think).

I'm not sure if they are stock, But their Bridgestone Potenza S-02.
on Wednesday, I'm going to Inline Pro to have the car checked and have them tune it up. I know its early to do this, But I don't know the driving habits of the previous owner.

Yeah, Bridgestone S02s are the stock tires (and consider yourself warned about the cold weather performance
). Check the sidewalls next time you have a chance, and we can confirm that they're the correct sizes for the S. I've heard some cases where someone put on a set of all the same size tire (quite dangerous actually)... they need to be staggered.
Good idea to have someone look the car over. There's probably nothing to do with regard to tune except to change all the fluids. Roam over to the oil journals thread if you're interested in doing some research on replacement fluids for your car. (that's here: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=195574). Go ahead and post if you want some recommendations.
Enjoy!

I'm going to buy a new set of tires next week. On my 93' RX-7, It came with 225/50/16 all around and change the rears to 245/45/16 and what a difference
Looking at the forums, It's possible to put this same setup with my Ap1. I'll check around before buying. Thanks for you help, and its nice to meet you. Sean

I would be very careful with 225 front and 245 rear, Sean. It might work, but 225 is a little too much tire and will be more inclined to oversteer the car. 255s are better stagger with 225s up front. With 245s in the rear, 205s are probably a better bet (I've been very happy with mine, though I have a little more tread width with my 17s than the 16s you're talking about). I'm talking summer tires here. Winter, you can / should go to 225s in the rear.
Post up in the Wheel/Tire forum and read the sticky threads there.
Best wishes.
