Introduce yourself here!
Hey whats up everybody? My names Bryan I'm from MA. Anyone else here from New England? I recently purchased a 2000 model S fully stock. I am planning on installing a skunk2 exhaust, and dc headers. I was considering hooking up an apexi vafc controller too but have heard mixed reviews. Anyways I just wanted to intro myself so HI!
Welcome, renegade... Yes, there are many owners from New England (check out the NE forum! We have a huge meet coming up next weekend). Hope to see you around!
Micah, good luck in the hunt for an S.

First, I'd like to say, ive been a long time listener here, but this is my first call.
My wife hooked me up a used 2001 Sebring Silver (darker one right?), 68000 miles, beatifully maintained S2000. Finally. She works at a car dealer here in the Bay Area, and they had one on the lot. Was there for 3 months as the Service Manager kept saying he was gonna buy it. We took it from under him at 17k flat.
Love the car. I want to drive it all the time. We go on drives up to Napa and just have a great time in it. I love the way the motor sounds at 8k rpm as i go through the Caldecot Tunnel. Great Fun. I dig the site here. Been looking at upgrades and such. Think im gonna just go with exhaust and some wheels. Wheels ive decided to go with are some PIAA Supper Rossa's 18". Super expensive, but man are they badass. I work at Wheel Works and my cost is 460 ea. Thanks for having a site for us people who love our s2000's, and more important, for people who love to drive.
P.S. Hit me up if you need tires, and i know you do......I'll match Tire Rack

Hello,
Not an owner but definitly an enthusiast. I've been looking at S's for a little while now and I'm planning on buying one as soon as I can build up the cash. I've got my heart set on an 05 or newer. I just love the lines on it. Been hanging around for a week or 2 now and I think I'm here to stay.

Hi there! Just wanted to introduce myself to the group. I just bought my S2000 two days ago and I'm loving it!!! It's a 2000, silverstone paint, with only 24K miles on it. The seller was also kind enough to throw in an extra set of wheels and tires for winter. Not sure how much modding I'm going to do yet., but I plan on keeping the car for a long time so who knows. Anyway, hello to the group, and I look forward to becoming an active member on the boards.

I hope this works, as this is my first post. I bought my 05 Sebring Silver S2K with red and black interior a couple of months ago. I finally got past 600 miles and love every bit of this car. This is also my first convertible. I came from a long line of Mustangs and I am very happy with my current choice. I think I see a Mustang on every corner. As for the S the sightings are much rarer.
I also reside on the Illinois side of the Quad Cities, (Moline). I am looking forward to many more happy years both with the car and on this great forum. Now if I can only keep from spending $$$'s on this machine!

Welcome, its great to see people converted (lol), and if you love spending the cash on your car you picked the wrong one. Once you buy one part you are goin to want another and another. But the best of luck to you.
