Maybe it's because I've always been a Honda fan and owner,I like the look of the S2000 over the Z4 any day. I guess it doesn't help that I've had an 03 White S2000 for a year now. I can't get enough of it and hate parking it for the winter!

I live in Toronto and this will be my summer joy ride. I purchased my first Honda, and of course it had to be the best Honda the s2k!
It's a 2000 silver with stage 2 clutch, HID lights, AP2 CM Racing Exhaust, K&N Intake, AP2 Wheels, Yonaka Coilovers, carbon fiber hood, carbon fiber lip, convertible top rear glass window and red leather seats. It has 85km on it currently.

Long Time S2K lover and s2ki lurker. Have wanted an S2K since they first hit the showroom, but just wasn't practical with kids in the mix. Now 15 years later, I'm the proud owner of a 2008 Chicane Silver/Black, base, clean 26k miles. I'm LOVING driving this car. The S2KI forums were very helpful in knowing what to look for, what to avoid, and what to do after purchase. I don't plan to do any mods, but I know if I change my mind, there are plenty of experienced folks here to help. I expect I will be a pile of dust or she will be a pile of rust when I give her up!

 

Hi guys need some help I have a idling problem when I press gas than let go it starts idling can it be the map sensor??

 

Just thought i'd say hi (from the UK), bought my first s2000 just over a week ago after a fair while of saving and love it ! wish i had done it so much sooner. I'm sure there will be a build thread up at some point !

Sounds a good shout, there is a DIY MAP sensor "whack" on here. Theres many things that could cause idling issues though such as IACV, Vacuum lines, TB, TPS etc etc. But thats just experience from other cars i'd have a search through the forum bud

I've been drooling and seriously looking into these for about 3 years now and the time has finally come. Drove a couple, instantly hooked. Really stoked and I hope it is a good one!

I'm from Southern California and I picked up my NFR AP2 back in April of this year but have been lurking these pages for way longer than that. A very long overdue thank you to everyone who has posted before me as many many posts here have helped me when I've had a question. I know I'll be on these pages all the time so thought I'd stop by and say hello!!

 

Howdy! I'm new on the forum, but got my S2000 four years ago @Honda of Kirkland.

It had 35000 miles at the time (51000 now), and I traded in a 2011 Standard Fit and my beloved '93 Samba Green Del Sol Si for it.

My question: Is there a good automatic car wash on the East Side (Bellevue, Redmond, Renton, or Issaquah) that won't scrape the bottom of an S2000?
