My name is Kyle, just bought a 2001 GPW last month. I am in the Tulsa Oklahoma area. I have already changed all the fluids, and tightened a few rattles. Replaced crusty red carpets with new black ones. also changed the center console to ap2. Waiting on 4 piston head to arrive. It came with a tsuedo exhaust on it, a bit droney for my taste, looking for something a bit quieter (without losing power). It has 130k on it. next planned steps are hondata and kraftworks v2.

Visited the forums WAY too much over the last couple months so I figured I should finally register! Currently drive a 2001 Corolla which isn't too fun... Always loved how the Miata drove, but I want something with more power and more space. Always viewed the S2K as a work of art, never realized how much engineering went into it, or how it drives. Ended up driving my buddy's AP2 and fell in love immediately.
Saving now and will be buying one soon! And here's my Corolla for the hell of it.

Hello, names Phong and I own a 02 Spa Yellow S2000. Owned the car just under a year now and loving every minute of it. Used to own a 99 Impreza 2.5RS and then crashed it, then found the S2000 a month after and bought it. No complaints here. Basically stock with basic bolt ons I/H/E and springs.

Hi everyone,

My name is arbi, im 26 and live in zürich switzerland.
I bought a stock 2003 s2000 with 127000km a year ago and used it as a daily. It now has 150000km and is going stronger than ever.
This is my first honda, i allways used to own bmw's
(2 x e46m3) and still own a modified n54 335i and recently picked up a m2 as a new daily.
Those are great cars as well but the honda has something special about it, i really fell in love with this car.
I plan on keeping this car forever and get more serious with mods on it. I want to keep this car n/a but as fast as possible.
First thing i did was purchase some new advan ad08r tires, then serviced it propperly with valve adjustment a new cmc and motul 300v 15w50 oil.
After that i added a ballade 70mm tb, ballade tct, bored intake manifold, invidia q300, berk hfc and an aem v2 intake, since then the car has really come alive.
the car has one flaw wich is actually the best thing about it and thats the transmission. I have 2nd gear grind if i try to shift fast thats why i slowed down 1-2 shifts all other gears are perfect.
I also need a new clutch so i will probably try to get my hands on an ap2 transmission to go along with a new clutch. After that id like to do 4.57 m factory gears and a tune and propper suspension mods.
