New here and just signed up.....Wand to say HI!! Great form and exceptional information..... Thank YOU!! I'm in Huntsville AL and purchased a 2001 with 82K and love it. I am in the learning mode for sure. I have been doing a lot of reading as the information here is outstanding. I have changed/flushed/bled all fluids in the s2k as to set a new baseline. Installed new NGK plugs, installed new plastic bushings/grease in the shifter, did the factory air-box mod, installed K&N air filter and an EVS high flow Cat. I also installed Tein Flex Zs all around. I plan to replace the TCT and have reached out to Billman. I will adjust the valves at the same time as I have ordered a new cover gasket set. All of this has been possible and easy from the information I have obtained from reading here!

I've been reading up on quite a bit of threads and just realized that there's a pretty large active community and vendor list here. So decided to create an account to say hi.

I bought a 2003 suzuka blue a few months ago. It was a totaled from a front end collision and I thought it was worthy to make her right again. It was mostly cosmetic.and is now driving great. I picked it up from the auction in the morning and within 6 hours I was driving her. I had a new radiator and supplies for a oil change waiting at my friends house. The next day I drove 1,000 miles back home with the top down smiling the whole way.

I want to thank all of the people on the forum for all of their help and diy's. I have already installed a Billman TCT, 2000 front sway bar, clutch master cylinder, and completed the airbox mod, . I also bought an airbag, front grill and a few other things from forum members I needed to make her road worthy. I bought this AP1 after driving my son's AP1. After having owned RX7's and driven countless other cars, this is may favorite. Eventually I'll get some decent wheels / tires on her as she now has heavy JNC's with stretched 215 tires on 8 1/2 wheels. It's like running with ankle weights. I know her potential because I drive my son's S so I will be flying once I get the wheels and tires I need. What a cool machine.

Hi, I just picked up a black 2000 s2k from my friend in Vegas and just drove it up to the SF Bay Area. Currently waiting for a stock intake from eBay to come in so I can get it smog tested.
