I got mine at 19 and my insurance was high. But when I turned 21 it went down a lot.

Try for a personal loan and pay it off and just pay for liability. Thats what I did.

Best of luck in your journey for the S2k; try to see if your parents can add you to their insurance plan. It is the cheapest route for someone your age.

Wow I didn't know there were other young people on here lol I thought I was like the yougest, you guys are lucky having S2ks at this age. And it wouldn't be my first car, just sold my 92 Accord . Don't think my dad will mind putting the insurance under his name though, good idea. Thanks

I got my S when i was 17. Im 18 now and just droped a custom turbo kit. no numbers yet. its sitting in the garage waiting for a dyno. just working like crazy to keep up with the money ive invested in it. i got full coverage for about $95 a month using my fathers coverage. and i got mine for $7,500. but i paid it off cash

Holy S#!T..7500...and therr was nothing wrong with it!?! Amazing..ughh I need one soo bad, let alone a car...anybody kno of any Black or Silverstone cheap ones around new england!?
