Hello everyone, I actually do not own an S2000 yet, but am looking at purchasing this summer. I am currently looking at 2002 model year. Can anyone offer any advise and/or info on which years are better/worse and why (in general)? I am planning on doing plenty of searching and reading to assist my decision, but thought I would ask.

Thanks.

Generally, from 2002 on all S2000s are good. Read all the various FAQs here and you will learn alot of about the car and may come up with some pointed questions, but in general, if you get an 02, just make sure all the Technical Service Bullitens (TSBs) were performed..

Thanks guys. I have been reading a LOT in the last few days and you are correct, plenty of info here; and plenty to learn. Great site!

I just wish I would've been up at the Dragon when you all were there recently. I have driven that road a few times in a B13 Sentra SE-R. That car handled like mad with just a few tweaks, but I'm ready for something much more upscale..... and so is my wife!
