hey guys,
I bought my s2000 about 2 months ago in december 2013 and love it!
I wasnt even thinking of getting another honda. my original options were either an sti or evo x but i test drove one of my friends s2000 after test driving an sti and evo x and decided to start looking for one.

purchased on 12/15/2013 2004 with only 80k clean title



she needed some cosmetic work but not a big deal, my first honda was a 1995 integra at that was a huge 'fixer upper'
trunk had a wing from the previous owner. so i had to get those holes filled and painted





there was a dent under on left driver side rear quarter panel with paint chipping/very small rust spot



front bumper had a front lip that broke off which caused a lot paint cracks and chipping/spidering





and lastly, the rear bumper had a small ding with cracks in the paint



she came with an invidia n1 cat back!(saved me $600)



purchased on 12/26/2013
aem v2 cold air intake



installed 2/9/2014



and knock off ap2 lip from amazon(planning on buying coils soon so i want to learn to drive my car lowered before i buy an oem ap2 lip since my last lowered car was more than 2 years ago)



1/10/2014
replaced tranny fluid, rear diff fluid, oil change, and serpentine belt.

took her in for body/paint work, the shop painted the entire: front bumper, rear bumper, trunk, left driver side door, left rear quarter panel. they also blended into the right rear quarter panel and hood. basically a new paint job! 1/27/2014
trunk holes are filled and painted



rear driver side dent popped out and painted



i dont have an after picture of the small ding on the rear bumper. sorry.
and lastly, the shop painted the front lip too... this is how she currently sits as of today



next moves:
-kw v3 coils or bc coils (depending on what im willing to pay and if im going to pay cash or credit card)
-new robbins soft top or forbidden usa(mugen rep) hardtop. i like riding with the top down here in san diego but with a hardtop you can take the top off if you want to ride top down. so im still indecisive.
-test pipe (maybe berk?)
-rims (once i can some how decide on what look im going for)

again, im very happy with this buy. daily driven, not planning on buying another car, and im pretty patient so ill take my time with buying/installing parts. still learning as i go. by the way, thank you guys for all the DIY posts and threads. HUGE help.
