I would like to introduce myself, and show you guys a picture of my s2k. I've had it for almost 2 months now, and all I can say is I hope things start getting a little smoother. I purchased the car from a dealership in NC (the car is originally from VA), and unfortunately have had a few surprises a long the way. I knew the car needed a little attention when I purchased it, I just didn't know it was going to require this much.

Name: Greg
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Car: 2002 black on black

In the short time I've had the car, I've added the following:
HKS Exhaust Hi-power exhaust (www.iptuned.com)
Invidia test pipe - w/o2 fix (www.iptuned.com)
D2 coilovers (ya@inlinepro.com)
New Honda transmission
Competition Clutch - Stage 4 (ya@inlinepro.com)
Sebon OEM Carbon Fiber lip - not installed yet (www.iptuned.com)
Carbon Fiber exhaust cap - trying to get fitment corrected (vendor will be left nameless)

The car came with some existing mods:
Comptech SC
Maya 3pc wheels: 18x7.5 & 18x8.5
DC sport header
Haven't seen anything else worth mentioning

Problems I've run into so far:
The BOV was backwards, the belt on the SC was loose enough to almost pull off by hand. The backwoods custom exhaust was rusted out, threaded rod was used for the hangers, what could be considered the ypipe had 2 dead ends and the mufflers were randomly spliced into the pipe. The transmission was junk, and the aftermarket clutch had to be replaced.

I still need an exhaust rattle taken care of, and I need the wheels refinished.

Obviously the car was driven hard, but the compression check was okay so I gambled. The purchase price made it worth it...pending no more serious problems surface.

Here she is, minus the front lip which as stated above hasn't been installed yet. If anyone is local and can help install the lip please let me know. I wouldn't mind supplying beer or cash. Better pictures to come after the lip install.

Looks nice, front lip should go on in just a few minutes.
