Hi Guys just stumbled onto your site looks great. I am building a Lotus seven style car which is a Round tube chassis Dax Rush i have engine and box etc, from 2003 S2000 I am almost up to the rolling chassis stage on a mock build with room left for a Supercharger when happy that no more lugs brackets to weld to chassis etc will strip and paint etc. Am having 2 weeks in Nashville USA visiting relations mid Sept. So i seek info is there any shops in the area with a Supercharged S2000 as would like a demo before i decided which Supercharger to go for, or can any of you guys advise good and bad points etc.

 

Wish I had some advice for you. You should visit the Nashville-area forum and maybe the local guys there will have some advice for you.

I've seen a number of the "ultralight" S2000s advertised. Very cool. Should be a monster, especially if you supercharge it. Are you sure you want that much power in such a light vehicle?

Supercharged S2000 Dax Rush Lotus 7 style car, yes would be a lot of power in a 700kg car but it is all about power to weight ratio etc. And this is a way to get power with bike style revs etc. The car is being built as a road legal track day car. And really like the idea of a Supercharger to increase mid range torque.
