Hey Justin! I used to have a 2013 Civic Si and sold it over two years ago for a NFR 05 AP2.
You will not regret it man. There is so much Honda history in an S2000 and even more to appreciate when you own it. Best of luck in your search if you do decide to own one in the near future.
NFR is on my list!! This would obviously be a 2nd car, and I'd keep the TSX as a daily driver. Thank you!

That's very true, everyone has their own taste! I just HATE the tan interior of my CU2, it's ridiculously hard to keep clean. Granted the S wouldn't get driven as much. I don't mind driving for the right deal, as I drove 3 1/2 hours for my TSX. Everything around me, was utter crap, so my wife and I drove to Kansas City to buy the TSX. It had a great service history, and the price was right.
Expanding your search area is the best way to increase your chances of finding the right car for you. I can understand your point about the tan interior. This would not work well at all in my truck as it gets plenty filthy. But I’m pretty anal when it comes to the S2000 and am sure to keep things as clean as I can, treated with appropriate products and the leather surfaces get conditioned as well. I would still be doing all if this regardless of the interior color scheme. Plus my S is a weekend car that only racks up a few thousand miles a year.
Here is a 2004 that is in the MO area. I personally went and test drove this car when they wanted $20.9K. Its been on the lot a while, personally I hate buying cars at dealerships but you may be able to negotiated $16.5k and pick up a gem.

Which products do you use to clean leather interior and dash and console area so clean?

How was interior? Exterior mint? Why didn't you buy it?
Exterior and interior were flawless. The reason I didn’t buy it is because they wanted over $20k and did not want to spend that much. I offered $16k for that s2k, they refused said it would sell ASAP....its been over 45 days now LOL. Furthermore, I ended up buying a 2003 S2K with 38k for $15k, see link below. Overall I decided to wait rather than jumping on the first s2k I test drove.

We had an S2000 here locally in Iowa where it was a 05 Silverstone with a little over 100k and they wanted around 19k for it and said the same thing that it'll go pretty quick, which they usually do since I keep an eye out on that dealership. My friend offered them 16k at the time and they declined the offer, eventually they dropped the price down to 13k after more than a month of sitting. Which I was going to go and offer that weekend but it actually sold.
