I run kumho ecsta xs summer performance tires in the rain all the time in my DD S2K. You just have to be carefull. And yeah the storage space is a little meh but its worth it!! 20K is the going price for that year/miliage so I would try to get it for 18k. Tell them your approved already for an 18k loan and he will prolly say sure! Thats what I did when I bought mine.

Edit: what Cosworth said about snowy areas is right. I'm in VA so it hardly snows where I'm at.

Living in GA, the S is a perfect DD for me. So much so in fact that I put on 32k miles and went through 3 sets of tires in a year!

Haha, thats funny. I also drive a 2007 Mazdaspeed 6 and I am also looking at a S2000. I work at Jackson Acura and they have a 2006 yellow S2000 with 13,000 miles. They had it advertised for 25k but its been on the lot for about four months now and it is listed at 19k. They also said that they would give me 18 for my car as is; intake, exhaust, springs, wheels, chip, turbo inlet pipe, and a few other small things. Or they would giv me a little more if it were stock. I have no problem getting to keep my parts and also gettig more money on my trade. Do you guys think that it is worth it? I'll probably test drive it today when I go in to work.

Edit: I am also looking at a G35 or a 350z. Any suggestions on these two?

I don't drive my as a DD, but I could... As for the price, I think you can squeeze some more out of it...not a bad price though...but SQUEEZE! Good luck.

sounds like an ok deal. and to the other guy in the same boat, get the s2000. definitely more fun than a g35/350z, but its still up to you so test drive all of them.
