Trading in my '16 miata for..
The 1.5L was pretty fun though in the sense that most of the time it could give you all it had even on normal roads.
But I agree it was not fast at all
Update in my search;
The miata is sold, so I can go and look at some S2k's
There were 3 that I liked. One is sold already. Another one I will go and check this weekend but it's a 6 hour drive unfortunately.
There is one pretty close to me however this is only third on my list because it has a lot more km (125000 vs 85000).
Another thing I find strange about this car is the S2000 badge placement.

Isn't it supposed to be on the same hight as the little side blinker? And a bit more to the left?
It makes me think that it got in an accident and whoever repaired the damage did not stick it back in the right place
But I agree it was not fast at all

Certainly looks like a front clip repaint, here is the proper location for the emblems.
Good luck in your search.
I've pretty much decided for my self also to ditch the stance and just go with coilovers at a functional height.
And front clip repair isn't necessarily a bad thing if done right correct? I mean my mx5 front bumper already needed to be repainted after 3 months when someone hit it at the parking lot.. I just need to make sure there was only body work damage and nothing more serious.
Thanks for the picture I'll stick it in the right place when I decide to buy this one
Repainted original parts are not a bad thing(to some of us) but if the car was in an accident then there is more to be considered. Keep in mind that these cars have 10 VIN locations and if any are missing there is certainly a reason that could be very minor or very major. I would inspect the car really well and ask all the questions you need to.
Good luck.
Good luck.
