OK, so I was misled by the OP. I finally found the FS thread, and the car is not already fixed. It's actually for sale at $13.5K. That is, assuming we are talking about the same car, and assuming the info in the FS post is correct.

I would want to inspect it in person and have it appraised by the shop I intended to let do the work.

Also, it appears that it may have a salvage title. That's no big deal if you plan to keep the car, but for resale it's a killer. With a salvage title, I'd say the car is worth about $10K as it sits right now. Without a salvage title, $13.5K seems OK to me.

This would make a great track car.
