Going to the powder coater tomorrow.
After having the slight rash taken out of my NSX wheels I have decided to have them powder coated. The clear coat didn't come out how I'd like when they were redone, I ended up wetsanding and spraying new clear but it just wasn't to my liking. I am too much of a perfectionist.
Whatcha guys think of this. There are two powdercoaters I am going to and check on different colors and prices. I am considering this color here. Very close to a Silverstone...I would have him add probably around double the metallic or even 3 times what's in there now.
I am more of a clean/oem look kinda guy so I am going to stick to some shade of silver/graphite no black or takata green this time
. I'd really like to find a color similar to the upgrade wheels on the Lexus IS models but have been having trouble with that.

Here's the wheel just for a test fit (those star specs better come soon, look at those 01r's!)

Hopefully I can get a little insight tonight from you guys, I'm gonna head over there after work tomorrow. Thanks!

I would go for one of two colors that I love for silver wheels:
Work Wheels has the Work Metal Buff finish that looks like a chrome/deep polish, it's awesome, OR
Mercury Silver (a Volk color) - it looks like a shiny Silverstone in the light, but gets deep in the dark (almost gunmetal, but shiny and lighter).
My $0.02
