I just bought a Springfield xd40 sub compact and I love it. Like the glock, it is a little bulky but it feels good in my hand. My friend has a glock 26 (sub compact 9mm) and I like it but I have short hands and the grip feels longer than my XD.

Nice PPK

Just picked it up 30 mins ago ... Walther PPK

I also have a Walther PPK except mine is older than I am. My father gifted it to me when I turned 21. Great gun, very accurate with the .380 cal but my two complaints are minimal ammo and if you dont hold the gun perfectly you get some nasty slide bite. I carry the "baby glock" as well with a Peirce +3 pinkie extension. Great gun, super durable, alot of ammo, super small size.

Another PPK owner here. Great to shoot (small hands, so they slide doesn't bother me), its very comfortable in your hand and on your waist.

I also have a Walther P99 in .40 S&W. This one has some snap to it due to it having a polymer frame and the .40 being a very fast, high pressure round.

My pride and joy though, is my Kimber Team Match 1911 in .38 Super. Yea you read that right, its not a .45, but holy shit is that thing a dream to shoot. Nothing fits in your hand like a full-size 1911, and the .38 Super (despite being another fast, high-pressure round) hardly recoils due to the weight of the gun.

It comes in either .45 ACP or .38 Super from the Kimber factory.
They are the same price but the .38 is a lot rarer.
