Apexi Vafc or EMS

hey i am looking to tune my car with I.H.E,TP. which would be better to tune if im not going FI?

VAFC. EMS would be overkill.

VAFC for bang for buck, Ultimate emanage for most gains and proper tuning.

EMS is always nice but might be overkill as you will lose OBD, coolant reading and other stuff.
