We ended up doing the dyno a bit late in the evening, so excuse me for the poor quality video and low lighting.. but here is a short clip of the re-tune that was done today. The car is still very very loud, even after installing (and burning up) the oem cat. The car is supercharged, with an ASM Exhaust Manifold, OEM Catalytic Converter, and ASM 70mm Ti Exhaust.

the car did shoot some flames and cough out some sparks (probably from the cat), but those pulls were not recorded..

Uh... the cat substrate didn't get sucked back in did it? I know the M5 Stroker motors had this problem but then again, our cats are pretty far down stream.

That is awesome!!! I love seeing people go out of their way to represent their passion for a company; your ASM deck is well executed IMHO!

Thanks! I was going to use the whole decal pack but it looks clean like this haha

The ASM decals are super thin and of great quality! Almost like it's painted on.

Maybe next a powerhouse amuse deck? Haha

This may be a stupid question but how strong are the ASM fenders and bumpers if one was to scrape going up a ramp or catch the fender while cornering?

My front is quite scraped underneath but the OEM bumper just bends and doesn't crack? Will the ASM crack?

This question applies to FRP and Carbon variants.

Thanks
Rick

"Nichigo" ran into a tire or something on the freeway going full speed and there was minimal damage to his bumper. Driveways and minor scrapes should be no problem.

So it will just scrape and not crack? I can deal with that.

Is that for the FRP or Carbon version?

My car will be spending time on track so I was thinking the FRP may be easier to repair if it does get damaged?

Both versions will hold up very well to scrapes and will not crack. Of course the dry carbon version has a much higher threshold before cracking.
