had asm fender flares put on and had the rear oem fender cut and welded. I'm now running a 15mm spacer making the rear rim setup a 17x11.5+48. After these tires die there should be enough room for a 315/35/17 tire.
Front is the stock rolled fenders with the standard 17x9+45 with a 255/40/17 kumho xs.
Since this rim started life as a 17x9.5+38 and Im running 15mm spacers. The poke of my setup would be the same as a 17x9.5 +22.
The rears fit great with no rubbing and room to spare. I plan to run a 315/35/17 in the back after these tires die.
Current rear specs are custom widen rpf1 size is 17x11.5+48 with kumho xs 295/35/17. Asm rear flares complete shaved down on the inside.
Widening was done here. And cost $250 per rim

Hey guys...
With ASM overfenders on, wheels 18x9.5, 255/35 tires and koni/eibach, how much offset will be the ideal?
Thanx!

I have see some of your wheels with +35 or +38 offset and the fitment is excellent!!!
My options are +38, +27 or +22...
Thanx!

The width makes a big difference. For instance I have 17x10 +35 and they are pretty flush with the over fender. But if you did a 9 inch wide wheel you could do lower.

I only have the ASM rears..
18x10.5 +35...275/35/18,
Cut the outer quarter panel skin off, cut the inner quarter/wheel housing into sections, used fender roller to roll the 2 back together and then welded everything up. Cut off excess and seam sealed It up, have the inner lip of the over fenders completely shaved.
For those of you looking into this I highly recommend using riv-nuts, it's nice to be able to remove the over fender via bolts, with ease, incase of any issues down the road.
Had the tires laying around from the supra, I'll be going to a 285/30/18 shortly

Evasive is running a 18x10 +35 with a 285. The voltex overfenders are a +25mm. The same as the ASM. but They are also running a downforce front fender which is +30mm. So their front wheel + tire only fits because they have a +55mm in the front. You need alot more space up front to fit your setup.

ASM front and rear, lips shaved. Looking to run 18x10 +39 with 275/35 tires square, -3 camber. Curious if I'll have rubbing issues when driving hard.

10 +58 is the wheel spec I run up front with a 255. Its a good centered fitment if you don't mind pulling the fenders a little bit and keep camber around -1.5. If you track, then you will want more camber up front and need to run a 3mm spacer or you will rub the inside. Like mentioned, its about the best centered fitting option for a 255 up front depending on your use.
