Very helpful thread. My 05 didn't have the seat position sensor that that made it easy. Based on the advice above I relocated the seat buckle sensor clip to a new whole so it wouldn't be at the bottom of the seat pan. Takes a little force to get the seat all the way back but that much. easy to do when sitting in the car.
