I think that you need to let the ECU relearn to see the full header gain. Can't just bolt it on and do a run to compare.

Some notes about the runs. The stock ECU is very good at adapting to changes in engine VE. When you start out with a change, you'll see the changes in the motor with a richer A/F.

I'll post again next week i'm getting a vafc2 tuned at church's...obviously I'm going to make more power at church's cooler ambient air and his dyno is below sea level. I'll keep you guys posted

I did lose a little up top but what you can't see and I shouldve had the dyno operator print out is that I gained the 6hp claimed right about vtec cross over

I made 1 less tq with my AP2 and a v stack, otherwise stock. I'd bet the elevation is playing somewhat of a role, but losing hp/tq w/ a header goes to show it's tough to net gains w/ bolt ons on an ap2.
