Carbing rollcage pics?
I was wondering if anybody at Bulletproof or anybody else could give an ETA for some pics of any of the new Carbing cages (prefferably the 4 point).
I was also told that there was either a new cusco or mugen cage that came out that was a specially modified version of the existing design (when I checked BP there were no pics).
Anybody have some info?

The Crushco cages are for looks only I will add. Their functional design and safety are lacking due to key bends in pipes as well as unprotected bar's of close vicinity to the drivers head. Just and FYI. They maybe cool looking, but in a roll over, they may kill you before they save you.
<===Anxiously awaiting pictures of the Carbing bars to see if they are quality bars or JDM bling.

Besides, I only want pics for now.
I would like to add that all convertable cages have bars in close proximity to your head -- it is your responsibility to add padding to the roll cage -- you should do this for every roll cage, and the padding is not expensive at all. This is not exclusive to Cusco roll cages.
As c17r15 said, if they are not safe then it is your responsibility to back up what you're saying -- they are sanctioned by racing bodies, and are legal in SCCA racing so they must be pretty good cages.
Back on track, I have some Carbing products and I can say that their quality is amazing, and their products fit like they should be OEM. I would love to see how their cage turns out.

Look this is about Carbing cages, I have seen plenty of debates on this site about Cusco cages and I do not want to get into it. Honestly, I would not run a Cusco "roll cage" on my car if I were sponsored by them, it does not seem to be a very high-quality product.
The thing with SCCA is that it's not a stamp that comes on the product, the tech at the race has to sanction it -- I have seen two S2Ks running on the same track with Cusco roll cages, the tech let them in (Solo I). It all depends on the track, and many auto-x courses do not even require a roll cage to race. Due to the lack of a diagonal brace (which the Elda bar has) Cusco roll cages will most probably not be certified by techs at SCCA races -- it is really designed as a show piece.
But I'm not a big fan of Cusco parts in general, they have already had to redo the entire design for their front lower brace and their roll cage for the S2000, so I'm not going to rush out and buy their stuff. Carbing, on the other hand, makes ridiculously high-quality parts and I would hope that their roll cage is more of a "race-friendly" version.

Carbing's cage doesn't have a diagonal bar going across the main hoop either, not to mention the strengh of aluminum will not compare to chromoly unless it's solid aluminum.
I've been searching on yahoo.jp for pictures but they just don't like giving them out for some strange reason.
Bulletproof: "It is functional and will withstand a roll over, although it is not race certified." Basically the same description on the Cusco cages.
