Update on my build and my FINAL decision on what parts to use.
MY C/R will be about 13:1 using Mahle gold series honda prelude pistons with Carrillo pro-A rods with the stock crank micro polished and possibly knife edged. I will need a 2mm headgasket to drop compression and to allow for enough clearance. I've been running calculations for a good month or two to make sure everything numerically works out. If i ended up doing the build and the clearances aren't enough then it's no sweat and I'll just ditch the pistons and go with the Toda pistons and call it a day.

Sweet, mugenrio it looks like we are rio brothers Was your header dyno done with no mods or did you have other parts at the time? I put extensive mods up there since it looked like you had a lot on the car, if it were stock and then you added header then I will change it. Thanks for the info.

Only mods on the car at the time the Mugen header was installed that could have possibly effected power output
AEM FPR
Stock OD TP
Set of hi flow turbo mufflers that replaced the stock mufflers
And a Spoon snorkel

NOTE the dyno plots show the difference just from installing the header and then the difference once the A/F were changed by way of adjusting the fuel pressure.

SO instead of looking at just the raw numbers look at the % gain between before and after.

boy that's an old list

Some of those mods are long gone some were one off custom pieces I was road testing, namely the exhaust for a buddies Race S2000( Driver ok but car was totaled in a race a couple of weeks after putting on the exhaust.)
+ It was just to loud for the street.

I was back on my stock exhaust + the turbo mufflers when I installed the Mugen header.

Current mod list is way longer then that one was.
