Default KW V3 vs Tein Flex

I've been nothing but impressed with KW products I've had in the past and was dead set on picking up a set for my S2000, but I've run across a nearly new set of Tein Flex coilovers (< 1000 miles on them) for a good price.

Does anybody have experiance with both? My S2000 is driven nearly every day and would be lowered no more than about 1" - 1.5". On top of that it will most like tracked once every month and a half or so.

If you've got experiance with both, please speak up. If not, I'd love to hear reviews of one or the other.

I hope this isn't an old topic that's been beat to death before....

It bounces because of improper compression and rebound settings (which should be adjustable no?), bad spring rates (which are again adjustable to a point I believe), or because of a poor design all around? (i.e. limited stroke, poor range of adjustability, etc etc)

I have driven extensively on both suspensions and it is night and day, both are stiff and somewhat bouncy, but with the KW's the car seams more planted and firm.

While with the Teins it feels loose. If that makes any sense.

In short KW's are better then entry level Teins

You can't compare a KW V3 to a entry level Tein

Yes you can... they are both adjustable coil-over suspensions.

The fact that the KW costs more doesnt mean you cant compare them.

You can compare anything you want. My thoughts were if the Teins were close in performance and durability, I'd just assume save the $1000+ and get them.

However, I've had KWs in the past and I absolutely loved them. I think I'm going to stick with what I know works. The stock stance with the 19s is just killing me.

Flite, I live in Kunia and have the Tein Flex. If interested in a ride or drive, just let me know when.
