How can you compare a 1way to a 2way adjustable coilover
In the end, I think I'm going to hold off and pick up the KWs as soon as the holiday shopping is done. They're probably overkill as I only track the car 3-4 times a year, but I know I'll be happier with them in the long run.

Teins are 1 way adjustable, while KWs are 2 way adjustable. The Teins, however cost nearly 1 thousand dollars less which makes the oversight excusable for people that dont mind adjusting dampening and rebound together.
Look, I compared them.
ehh i would stay away from the teins from personal experience. i had nothing but problems with my old ones. replaced them with buddy club racing spec's and i couldn't be happier.
as for the comparison for the teins to the kw's, like everyone is saying kw's hands down if you are not worried about the price. if your looking for more of an entry level coil try buddy club

i had TEIN Super Streets on my Celica, which at the time was their top of the line coilover for that particular car. I autocrossed on them for two years. They had to rebuilt after the first year. reason being they were not ride height independent, they needed rebuilding again when I sold them. I did like them a lot, I'd say monoflex will be much better. And if you call and talk directly to TEIN they will build you what you want, spring rates and re-valve the coilovers to match your spring rates. They can also be re-valved for autocross and road racing. I think the problem with TEIN is that they're are also trying to compete with people like Megan who make cheap crap, so when TEIN has to compete with much cheaper products the end product suffers and so does their name. I still feel TEIN is a good company and can make good products, if we could weed out all the crap that the clueless people buy then we might be better off.
Don't be cheap, this is one of those thing where u get for what u paid for, save the money and get the tein src. How can u justified spending 1k on after market coilover and compare it to stock? doesn't even come close.

..what about the mono flex's, i've heard nothing but good things about them, and they are compatible with EDFC
