Teins are 1 way adjustable, while KWs are 2 way adjustable. The Teins, however cost nearly 1 thousand dollars less which makes the oversight excusable for people that dont mind adjusting dampening and rebound together.

Bottomline, unless you spending over $2000 for track coilovers, buy KW's if you do more than 10 track days as year, Bilstein PSS9's if you do less days.
