Stroker kits
I wonder about taking it to another engine builder and seeing what they can do with it? Maybe reproduce it, ready for boost? With enlarged journals, maybe some kind of retrofitted oil squirters, etc. The 2.5 NA is fun, but it's losing its fun factor quickly.
I know you were rebuilding it yourself. Who's parts did you use?

I think that the Stock F20 and F22 are the best bet. You can also do 2.1L setup using a 89mm bore or you can use the F22 crank with a 89mm bore for 2.3L. Soon more testing will be done on this side of the pond. Use a F22 Crank and some nice rods and pistons. Choose if you want to sleeve the motor or not. Then have them Rotating assembly balanced.
>> toda usa themselves said max rev should be 8500 for their 2.2L stroker kit.
Thats interesting can you tell me where did they say that?
I was running a 2.2l low compression stroker kit (+Vortech SC @7psi) on my car. On my first track day where I really revved the car and I definitely hit the limiter once the engine failed.
