I don't see any TB's on InlinePro's website.

When I bought a big bore TB for my '91 Integra, I had to increase the size of the intake manifold opening myself. I just stuffed a towel into the IM, drew the target size on the mounting surface, then started grinding away. Once the opening was slightly bigger than the TB, I stuck a vacuum into the IM to get as much of the shavings as I could, then pulled out the towel, then stuck the vacuum hose in again.
I never said they had any.

All the BDL TB that i have seen tend to be a little sticky, i think it has to do with the shape of the rotor that the cable is attached to, Weapon R used to make throttle rotors that would fix that.

^^ Thanks man. great idea. So the stock port diameter of our Intake Manifold is maybe around 67mm? Any details on this one? I just assumed its 67mm since you said that it requires little to no porting wit the Blox 68mm throttle body.

Is this the exact product? I need to know because I wouldnt want any confusion in ordering. Shipping stuff to my country sucks bigtime.
That isn't their cast one. Most of the guys that are wholesalers can get you the part. Call Weaksauce, they have them instock at a REALLY good price. I sold my SoS and I'm glad I went with the Blox one. I wasn't too happy to find how much the SoS tapers down.

The stock manifold is around 67mm wide. When you mate the throttle body up to the manifold, you will only see little parts that stick out from the manifold. You can just use a sharpie and grind those parts down.

There is a note at the bottom of that page saying "Honda S2000 units available soon."

They are available now. I tested it for them, and have been running it for over 6 months.
