Dynos should be used as tuning instruments, not as peak number finders. There are so many different variables with dynos that you should not compare graph to graph with different dynos.
What you should be concerned with is making sure your air/fuel ratio is set correctly, and how usable your power is. Look at the area under the curve, not just the peak numbers. When I had my car dynoed we sacrificed top end power for more midrange, because that's where the power was most usable.

Couldnt of said it better myself.
I had an intake and test pipe and got 223 and 160 on a dyno jet after my tune. Once Vtec was lowered a bit it was on. I think I gained like 15+ in midrange. I will post up the sheets from untuned to tuned once I find them.
