Fits S2000 '02 - end of production. Probably has to do with the glass rear window appearing in 2002.

I sent an email to the address listed with an offer for the tonneau cover, just in case it goes in to your spam folder. For whatever it's worth, if this tonneau cover is from a 2002, it should fit 2002 - 2009 exactly, from what I've read it is a little different from the tonneau cover made for 2000-2001 cars (2002+ had 4 center attachment points instead of 2 center attachment points I think?) I have not tried it, but I've read this style should still work for 2000-2001 without any major issues, and I think the ones designed for the 2000 - 2001 cars still work alright for the rest of the years, design difference is minor- so at least from what I've read, all years of the tonneau cover can be made to work for all years of the car, but there are 2 slightly different designs corresponding to plastic rear window cars vs. glass rear window cars (2000-2001, 2002-2009)- if someone else has found a combination that does not work, please correct me.
