Does Anyone know where I can buy a JRs Filter Recharge Kit?

You don't have to have the "JR" one. Just go to any shop that sells K&N and get their cleaning kit. It's the same except for the color of the oil.

I used the K&N Filter charger kit when I had my JR filter too. The only difference is that it turns the filter RED instead of BLUE.
