It's always worked in the past, and it worked for Mani on Friday. Not quite sure why it didn't work better on Saturday. Next time I'll try a bigger duct and a passenger side one too.

That blower would be good, but then it wouldn't be as easy put it on/off. The heater came out a long time ago, and the wiring isn't there any more either. You can see that the hose was working, it's perfectly clear right above the dash

And I wouldn't really call it a race. After I got past the Acura, it was just a matter of keeping it clean and finishing. I don't think anybody was actually fighting for position.
