Don't forget to come see us over on the Shenandoah in the ReVolvo. New trans goes in this weekend! We have a certain subcompact wagon in our sights...

Must've updated it recently

There are 10 more drivers in HPDE2 than when I looked lastnight.

I got the Puddy Mod differential and Megan Racing driveshaft spacers installed this afternoon. It took about 3 1/2 hours working by myself. It was pretty funny, maneuvering the jack and diff from under the car and jacking it with my legs, it was a good workout. Now with the car up on jacks when you turn a rear wheel they both turn the same direction I took the car out for a test drive/diff heat cycle and it drives fine. I didn't try to slide it around so no word on how the diff will feel on the track.

The spacers improve the longevity of the inboard driveshaft joints on lowered cars. JFO suggested the addition. One of his racecars had the spacers and one didn't. The one without blew up its driveshaft joints in a race.

I got the first draft of the differential swap how-to completed. You can see it here:

I also detailed how to install the Megan Racing Driveshaft Spacers.

I got a set of T1R spacers laying around....I think I'll install them next time when I'm going to have the diff out for some reason (hopefully not soon )

Not having a exhaust system helps the install process.

I did 2 diff swaps, it's fun bench pressing it into place.

Y'all are nuts. Work smarter, not harder.

I've always wondered if they were worth it or snake oil. May think about getting some.
