Also, did anyone catch the orange Neon shooting sparks all over whenever it braked?

I'm surprised to see snap spin like that out of an AP1 in that situation. No seriously, with a bar you must have really gassed it at the wrong time or your bar is not balanced. Just seems strange to me, even given FedEx slippery surface.

It is a double event. You run 4 times in the morning, then we switch the course around (with a few minor changes) and run it in reverse 4 times. Lunch will also be provided.

There were a few cars that spun there... Joe B in his Z3, several E46s and E36s, a corvette, and I think a BS S2000. I short shifted therer every run but my last, and on my last run (in the video) I picked up a lot of time, but it did feel a little slippery there. I think it's all about how you loaded up the car and how smooth you were on throttle.

Don't be paranoid, but certainly be conscious of the car's weight transfer and balance.

Also, what is your alignment?

I did see that. I thought I was seeing a sudden reflection of the car's paint job or something.

LOL Well done. I lost it at "baby jesus help me end this morning with dignity." Wasn't a bad run though, spins happen.

Very nice run.

I was not happy with my driving at all. It was my first autocross on hoosiers and a non-staggered setup with the stock sways. Needless to say the car was a bit oversteery Ended up 3rd in SSM, but I left a ton of time out there.

That section was really slippery, I slid into the same cone twice.

This season is the season of lazy. I have still done nothing to the car. Had fun though, and finally got my data acquisition to work... sorta. I'll post a video (of a slow run) if I figure out how to get it on my PC.

Yeah. I should do something about that as well. Maybe I'll finally disconnect the rear bar for the June 23/24th events. Or do the NC Miata bar setup.

Whooaahh! I didn't know you were there. I would have stop by. Looks like it's time to invest money on Gendron. Man, if you will win SSM class, it will be your second Championship Class Trophy from SCCA.
