2012 MD/NOVA Auto-X Thread
I think we're planning on heading out Friday mid-morning, sometime after the morning rush since we have to go halfway round the beltway and up 270. We don't care for driving at night much so the goal is to make hay while the sun is shining. With that plan last year we got to LAP around 4PM Saturday, and we got registration/paddock/unload/tech all out of the way by 6, even got to watch some of the Pro finale.
My goal is to get close to Iowa by the time I stop driving Sat....then it is just a 5-6 hour drive to Lincoln. Hoping to get unloaded and still have time to watch the Challenge rounds. I hate stopping for breaks. I like to just do it all in one shot, but at 19 hours it is a long drive. 17 and a half to Dixie was a bit much without a snooze stop.

Yeah. Mike's right.. It's faster than it is on paper.. Who's in for a trailer race... I'm straight Honda towing Honda... Come on y'all - you gotta pick me as the winner here.. LOL.
No I'll be taking it really easy. No driving tired for me. Stopes last time just west of Indy for the night. Had a margarita and some Mexican food, relaxed, and finished strong on day 2.

Noel, you don't want any piece of the chevy V8!
Damn. That's a veritable fire sale. I would buy that if I didn't have a CR. I mean mines perfect, but has 50,000 miles (not 9000) and I wouldnt sell it for less than Marc is selling his rare GPW.
Anthony????
Anthony????

gotta make up for that with power. My car(s) are light and nimble ha ha.
