How thick wheel spacers car you fit on s2k without going extended wheel stud route?
I'm thinking about spacing out my RPF1s to make room for the brake kit. Also using them for OEM wheels would make them look a bit more flush as well

I ran 1.5mm spacers for a while with the Accord calipers and the RacingBrake.com 2 piece rotors meant for the stock S2000 calipers. No problem with stud length. I don't know how long you can safely go though.

General rule of thumb is anything over 5mm you should upgrade...again, just a generalization.

Oleg, what brake kit are you looking to go with? RPF1s 17x9 +45 do not have good clearance due to the lip and concave spokes, therefore, from what I heard, most brake kits require > 10mm spacer. A few brands make versions with integrated studs, for example:

Oleg, those rpf1s have the worst caliper clearance of any wheel we can shove on the car. You'll probably end up needing 15-20mm of spacer just to clear any kind of BBK with that wheel.

Got back from 14 hours of Lemons at Summit Point. We finished 250 laps and came in 55th out of 120+ cars. We had way to many 20 minute+ driver change stops which just killed our race position but the car ran great. Our fastest lap time of 1:52 means if we budgeted our time better (driver changes and fuel ups) we could have been in the top ~15?. I got rear ended under yellow flag hard enough to basically knock off the bumper (on a Volvo). Some rookie drivers lock up their brakes the minute they see any flag (yellow, green, red, the color does not matter), I saw the car in front lock up the brakes but the dumb ass behind me was not paying attention and proceeded to stop using my bumper and trunk as a brake.

Here is a crash from the race (it will give you an idea how fast some of our competition was). Turboed V8 Crown Vic. It knocked two concrete barriers OVER!

That's awfully late braking for a Crown Victoria. Any idea what caused the crash (other than idiocy)? The tires are squealing so the brakes appear to be working.

Idiocy? There was really a LOT of stupid ass driving at this specific event and several cars were completely destroyed during the race. In the past, Lemons $$$ limitations had generally acted to keep speeds down but now cheating is rampant. This means that Lemons cars are getting faster and driver ability is still minimal (with some exceptions).

Faster cars + limited driver skill = more cars destroyed. Luckily, no one was seriously hurt.

I saw a lot more stupid stuff than usual during this race. The top ~20 cars are WAY, WAY faster than the rest of the field and are driving with 25 minute sprint race intensity. I am starting to prefer Chump Racing because the drivers seem a little more experienced (ie predictable).

Here is another Volvo that hit a concrete wall. The car is now L-shaped (can't really see it from the pic) and the engine block was cracked in the impact. The driver seat was destroyed in this hit as well. The driver walked out which was amazing.
