Default Headlight problem

My headlight on the right hand side as your looking at the car does not work. I've tried new bulbs, fuses, checked the relays and its none of those. I now think it may be the ballast box. Is it possible to switch the ballast boxes over to see if it is that? Or is there an easier way to check if the ballast box is working?

Have you checked to see if you have power going to the ballast

No I didn't as I don't know how. It is defiantly the ballast box though as I tried the good one on the side that wasn't working and the light worked fine. Any idea on where I can find a ballast box?

The ballast box is attached to the Headlight on the bottom

Ballasts can definitely be swapped across from one headlamp to the other to rule out / conclude a failed ballast.
