Default Heel & Toe

Some of you have been asking about my Sparco pedal mod which helps with heel & toe'ing. I put together a little how-to with a couple of pics:

It's not pretty but it works great.

Rob, I used a rivet gun, but I still can't use it properly.

I am working on it

this would make it so much easier. Especially when you are over six feet tall and dont have much room to move your legs and size 12 feet around in the first place.

I think the ease or lack thereof is probably due in great part to the size and shape of ones legs and feet.

I dont know what the optimal combination is but I'm a smaller guy and while I don't have huge feet I haven't had much problem with heel toe in the past. Still, this mod may make it even easier and more comfortable, great write up Rob!
