I say this because all it would take would be a state trooper visiting when you're car is on the block...and they could have some answering to do with the law themselves.Please don't get me wrong...I'm not "pro-inspections." Just that I've had this conversation before, and I can appreciate a facility's concern. Think about it (taking it to the extreme)...you get a passing inspection, you have a wreck (someone hits you when you're turning), you get a lawyer to say your car passed with [whatever] non-approved turnsignal bulbs...you and your lawyer each get a new car comps of the facility
