Pondering something
I was wondering something when clearing my headlights, y doesnt honda just sell the s2000 with clear headlights instead of making amber lenses for just the american market, while everwhere else its clear. Some people say that some states require amber lenses. But I was looking at a friends M3, and saw that his lights are clear in the front, side and back. Then I realized that all BMW sport models have the same equipment(clear turn signals, side markers, and tail signals). No think of it, most german car companies have clear turn signals.
I guess IM just frustrated with getting this damn case open.

Look at ANY car sold in the US and they will have amber reflectors on the front that are visible from the side. Some manufacturers make the reflector a separate piece so the turn signal lenses can be clear, but ALL cars have an amber reflector on the front. Given that requirement, which is obviously a federal requirement, and I think Honda did an OK job. I would hav preferred something more like my '95 Civic which is clear at the top, but has the amber reflector along the bottom.
