Do you really need to replace the cups? You can swap axles side-to-side, and run spacers to alleviate the vibration.

You cannot swap axles side to side as they are different lengths. Spacers are a complete and total money grab. Swapping cups is the best option as it's free to do. And remember you only need to swap cups if you have vibration on acceleration that goes away the second you took your food off the throttle.

I know what you meant. I've done it before on my 02 S2K, it's not hard but PIA. You need at least an adjustable pliers and Torque wrench that can go as high as 250 ft/lb and lots of synthetic high temp grease, I used the red grease from Valvoline . You can reuse the boot clamps and axle bolts if you like but it is recommended that it should be replaced new.

Good luck.

I know how to do it but I don't have the time that's why I said I would pay and a case of beer for someone to do it. And yes I know you can't swap the axles only the cups.

I would love to help but you live a bits away from me. You asked James (VPS_AP1's). I am very sure he can help you.
