WooooOOO-HoooOOOOOOO! (like, the opposite of Oooooh NooooOOO! )

I just replaced my coils ...and YAAAAAAA-HOOOOO!!!! Started up fine. Idled fine. Let her warm up...and then took her out on the road (its been over a week of it just sitting parked in the garage ). A gentle 30 mph run around the neighborhood...and then out into the wilds! Immediately stomped through the gears out of my neighborhood, hit 96 in 5th...then geared back down again.

Ooooh Joy! The Bruised Banana rocks once again!

But... ...but... I already *have* replaced my coils. And my plugs as well . Actually I got a 'better-than-possible' deal on coils...8 for $100 . Not NIB, but under 14K miles on each set. Helluva deal . Thanks tho'!

As for a drive...I don't think Richmond & VA Beach are near enough for a mid-week drive . But then again, the way I'm feeling right about now with this car running so fine again, I might just get in & not stop until I hit Atlantic Blvd .

Definitely. And glad you'll have your NFR back soon too! ToDAY would have been that day, huh . Man, I wish I'd had my issues fixed over the weekend so I could have put some back road time down this evening right after work. Oh well...at least I'm back in business. THAT has made me very happy again .

So, have you buttoned up your plans for WTD '09? I've yet to register because I just wasn't sure how much $$$ I'd be in for on the S.

...so now I should go register?
