I just purchased S-pods and a set of Alpine 5 1/4" component speakers to give me rear sound. Is Best Buy or Circuit City competent to install this or should I take it to a local audio shop where they'll probably charge more? Thanks.

 

No one has any recommendations? C'mon. Help me out.

 

my friend got his whole sound system installed by best buy. they messed up the wiring.. fried everything.. best buy had to replace all wires and all stereo equipment wouldn't suggest getting best buy to install it. pay the extra to get someone who is better. rather than some 18 year old fresh out of high school..

 

Yeah a few years back I went to best buy to get some speakers for my eclipse gst and I bought them and paid to have them installed there. I took the car around back, and the pimply kid looked at the speakers as if they were a strange alien. He then looks and me and begins to explain to me that he will take care of it from there, but that it was his first day!!.......!!............... I nearly pulled my hair out waiting for them to install it, and guess what they did it WRONG
Moral: Dont take it to BEST BUY
