I wouldn't assume so. Dealers for any brand can and do vary. That's why I only use the 5th closest Honda dealer to me when needed.

Ohh and uh... NFR is the best

 

I took my car to the Honda dealer for a post-inspection...it is the same checklist as the pre-inspection. There was no fee, but also no compression test or other more time consuming tests. Spend the money if you are concerned. Congrats!
