When my master cylinder was on it's way out my clutch was not fully disengaging when this happens it gets hard to shift. When it gets really bad you can see it leaking.

1. first gear and reverse are a total bitch to get into.
2. i have the clutch to the floor and when putting into first the car will slightly roll forward.. im talking like very little bit.. almost like a little rocking motion.
Those are the exact symptoms I had from my bad master cylinder.

The only issue is that flushing mine will fix the symptoms for months. Yours were only fixed for 20 minutes. Maybe your master cylinder is just more messed up than mine. I can't say for sure though... I'm not an expert.

Check where the rod from the pedal pushes into the master cylinder under the dash. If there is any leakage there, you have a bad master. If there's no leakage then I don't know..

2001 s2000 original cmc? if so i would be willing to bet its the cmc. You won't notice a loss in fluid. If your clutch has ever squeaked or been spongy thats what it is. you might even have rotten cmc lines.

Probably would have been faster to go to the local dealership and get the part.
