Only problem with the Spy Museum is the lack of available parking. Hope she doesn't mind the Metro!
Take her to neighborhoods like Georgetown or Dupont Circle for people-watching and window shopping if you have time after a museum or two.

As much as I want to agree with Jorge. This in all likelihood would be a very bad idea. Go on your own time though.
