Default too many rattles

i know that this car is not made for audio, but i was just wondering if anyone has any experience with high end subwoofers in their s. i recently put in a diamond m6d4 with a memphis 1000 watt amp pushing it, and it sounds great except for the ungodly rattle coming from basically everywhere. i havent dynamatted yet, but im going to do the trunk lid with extreme, and then carpet over it so it wont look tacky, but i was wondering what to do about the convertable top motor, i think that is causing a lot of the rattle, i havent looked to far in there yet, but its coming from behind the driver seas somewhere. i was wondering if there was some way to shield it or something if that is what is is. anyone have any ideas?

thanks

First things first! Hello!

Wow...sounds like you have a beast of a sub going on there. I'd say you're in the right ballpark with the top/motor assy's. Also, check out directly behind your seats. Pull the plastic panels off and you'll see wiring and such that you'll likely need to tidy-down to keep from vibrating.

Hope we get to meet up soon. I'd like to hear it.
