Default URGENT: Anyone in Northern VA?

Guys, anyone located in the NoVA area who could help me drill out some rotor screws? I've tried PB blaster and an impact screwdriver but the screws seem completely welded in place.

I'm in Leesburg and can hook you up with a case of beer if you can make the trip out.

Thanks!

Easiest way to remove them if the philips gets stripped for me is to use a cutoff tool and cut a big slit in the screw. Then use the flathead bit w/ the impact screwdriver and they should come right off. That's what I usually do. Good luck.
